Return Policy

At Alif, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You may return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 1 days of delivery.

Please note that items purchased during a sale or promotional event may be subject to different return conditions. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to the "Orders" section.
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Click on "Request Return" and follow the instructions to generate a return label.
  4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.
  5. Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at the nearest courier partner location.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size replacements only. If you need a different color or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. To request a size exchange, follow the return process and select "Exchange" as your reason.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s). Upon approval, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@alif.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges.
